There are two types of leads you will receive: Direct leads and Opportunities.
Direct leads are when a customer submitted their request directly to you via your profile. They specifically picked you from search results.
Opportunities are customers who are a good match for you based on your targeting preferences and their request, but they just didn't choose to reach out to you directly. Use opportunities to expand your reach and win more jobs.
How to view and respond to opportunities
Follow these tips to view and respond to opportunities:
Log in to your account.
Click Marketing in the navigation menu and select Opportunities.
If you're not interested in an opportunity and want to delete it from view, click Pass.
If you're interested in an opportunity, click View details to learn more.
Enter your Price and select a pricing method.
Enter a Message to send to the customer. You can type a new message, use one of your saved replies, or use our AI feature to generate a message for you.
Click Send.
Pro Tip
Responding to opportunities is free. You'll only pay for the lead if the customers responds.
