Deactivating a class schedule cancels the class so it is no longer bookable by customers online and does not appear on your calendar.
You can cancel individual sessions or deactivate an entire class schedule.
IMPORTANT: You must remove all participants from a class schedule before deactivating it. The system will only deactivate and hide sessions that have no enrollments. Learn how to remove a participant from a class.
How to deactivate an entire class schedule
Follow these steps to deactivate an entire class schedule that has no participants:
Login to your account.
Click Catalog and select Classes.
Click the … icon next to the class you want to deactivate and select Deactivate schedule.
Click Deactivate to confirm.
How to cancel a single class session
Follow these steps to cancel a single class session that has no participants:
Login to your account.
Click Catalog and select Classes.
Click the Schedule date range next to the class.
Click the specific class session you want to deactivate.
Click Actions and select Cancel session.
Click Cancel session to confirm.
