How to view or edit a contact

Follow these steps to view or edit a client's information:

  1. Click Customers & leads in the navigation menu to access your contact list.

  2. Click the client you want to view or edit.

  3. To add or edit information in the client's profile, click the Edit button.

  4. Make the changes, then click Save.

The client profile displays a wealth of useful information to help you anticipate client needs and create a seamless, tailored experience, including:

  • Contact information

  • An overview of the client's activity

  • Leads associated with the client

  • Bookings, including appointments and classes

  • Orders

  • Tasks you've added
