You can delete a client's profile to remove customers who no longer book with you. Deleting a client removes them from your contacts, but their past appointments, orders, and reviews remain in your account for your records.
How to delete a client's profile
Click Customers & leads in the navigation menu.
Click the client you want to delete. The client's profile will be displayed.
Click the ...More button.
Select Delete contact.
Click Delete in the confirmation box.
