There are two types of contacts to help you stay organized:
Primary Contacts: These are your main clients — the people you book, invoice, message, and track activity for. Every customer you do business with should have a primary contact profile.
Sub-contacts: These are additional people connected to a primary contact, such as children, spouses, other family members, pets, or other things. Use sub-contacts when the main client is the one managing or paying for the relationship, but you still need to track other individuals involved.
When to use each:
Create a primary contact when the person is your direct client.
Add sub-contacts when you need to track related individuals under the same client without managing them separately.
Don't worry if you don't get this exactly right; both contact types can accept bookings and be managed the same exact way.
