How to view your orders

See every order your business has received in one simple list. Whether it’s a new booking, a recurring client, or a refunded order, it’s all right here in one organized view.

To view your orders, click Sales in the navigation menu.

You can also filter the view to help you quickly find the exact orders you’re looking for:

  • Filter by timeframe: Quickly narrow down your view to orders from today, this week, this month, or other timeframes, making it easy to track daily activity or review monthly or quarterly revenue.

  • Filter by payment status: Zero in on what matters most. Filter your orders by Paid, Unpaid, Partially Paid, Partially Refunded, or Refunded to get instant visibility into your cash flow.

Orders page analytics

These insights give you a clear snapshot of your recent order activity, including how much you've billed, how much has been paid, outstanding balances, and overall order performance over the past 30 days.

  • Billed – Total value of all charges created. Shows how much has been invoiced or charged to clients.

  • Paid – Total amount successfully collected from clients. Reflects completed payments.

  • Unpaid – Outstanding balance still owed by clients. Helps you track what needs follow-up.

  • Orders (Past 30 days) – The number of orders created in the last 30 days, with a percentage trend to show increases or decreases.

  • Average order (Past 30 days) – The average dollar amount per order over the last 30 days. Helps you understand typical order size.

  • Average time to paid (Past 30 days) – How long it takes, on average, for an order to go from created to fully paid. Helps you measure payment turnaround speed.
