Your Talo dashboard is your business command center. This is where you manage bookings, payments, marketing, messages, services, and reports — all from one place.

Your navigation menu on the left gives you quick access to everything you need to run your business. Only you (and any team members you’ve granted access to) can see your dashboard.

Below is a breakdown of every major section:


Home

The Home tab gives you a quick overview of your business performance and upcoming activity. From here you can monitor your key stats, see what’s happening today, and access important setup tools.

  • Performance summary: Shows your most important business metrics over the last 30 days.

    • Sales: Total revenue collected before refunds and fees.

    • Orders: Total number of orders placed, including unpaid ones.

    • Bookings: Total number of completed bookings across all services.

    • Leads: Customers who expressed interest after viewing your listing.

    • Class enrollments: Number of participants currently enrolled in classes.

    • Class occupancy: Percentage of class spots that have been filled.

  • Upcoming sessions: A list of your next appointments and class sessions, so you can quickly see what’s coming up without opening the calendar.


Bookings

The Bookings tab is where you manage every part of your schedule. This is where you track appointments, classes, availability, and any changes clients make.

  • Calendar: Your full schedule in daily, weekly, or monthly views.

  • Appointments list: A searchable list of all appointments with filters for date, client, service, and status.

  • Classes list: Manage class sessions, track attendance, see capacity, and adjust schedules.

  • Jobs list – View and manage your one-off or recurring jobs, including scheduled visits, overdue visits, invoicing requirements, and any actions needed.


Getting paid

The Getting Paid tab helps you manage all the different ways your business gets paid. You can connect your payment methods, activate Talo Payments, and start collecting money online or in person.

  • New order: Create a manual order for a client when there is no existing appointment.

  • New checkout: Charge a client directly for an appointment, class, or walk-in service.

  • Invoices – Create, send, and manage invoices for your clients.

  • Estimates – Build professional estimates for potential jobs and send them to clients for approval.


Sales

The Sales tab gives you a complete view of every sale your business has made. This includes purchases made online, in-person transactions, and any manual orders created by your team.

  • Orders: All customer orders, including paid, unpaid, canceled, and refunded.

  • Transactions: A record of every card payment processed through Talo.

  • Balance & payouts: Your current Talo Payments balance, payout schedule, and payout history.

This is where you go to understand your revenue and reconcile payments.


Catalog

The Catalog tab controls everything your clients can book or purchase. This is the core of your service offering.

  • Services: Add new services, edit pricing, durations, categories, and staff.

  • Classes: Create and manage group classes with their own schedules and pricing.

  • Add-ons: Optional extras clients can choose during checkout.

  • Service charges: Automatic fees that apply to specific services.

  • Discounts: Promo codes, coupons, and seasonal offers.

Whenever you want to adjust what your business offers, you do it here.


Customers & leads

The Customers & Leads tab keeps all your client activity in one place. This includes new leads, existing customers, and any automation or communication tied to them.

  • Contacts: Your full customer list with profiles and history.

  • Sub-contacts: Additional profiles linked to the main customer (children, pets, dependents, etc.).

  • Tasks & reminders: Tools for creating follow-ups or internal reminders.

  • Automations: Automatic messages such as reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups.

Everything related to client management and communication starts here.


Online booking channels

Online booking channels let you increase sales and simplify how clients book with you. These tools help you accept bookings 24/7 from your website, social media, email, or the marketplace.

  1. Marketplace – List your business on the marketplace so customers can find and book you directly. Great for reaching new clients searching for local pros every day.

  2. Shareable Booking Link – Generate a universal link (and optional QR code) you can share on your website, social media, emails, chats, or anywhere else to let clients book instantly.

  3. Website Booking Widget – Add a high-converting booking widget to your existing website to capture 3–10× more leads and allow visitors to book without leaving your site.

  4. Booking Button for Websites or Emails – Install a simple “Book” button on your website or email signature. Clicking the button sends clients straight into your booking flow.

  5. Instagram Booking – Connect your Instagram business profile so customers can book your services directly from your profile using the integrated “Book” button.

  6. Facebook Booking – Add a “Book” button to your Facebook business page so visitors can schedule directly from your profile without navigating elsewhere.


Marketing

This section controls how customers find you on Talo and how your business appears in search results. This is where you manage your visibility and lead generation.


Reviews

View and manage the reviews left on your profile. Respond to feedback and monitor your reputation.


Reports

A detailed analytics section that gives you insights into revenue, bookings, client behavior, staff performance, and business growth.


Team

Manage your staff and how they work inside your business.

  • Manage team: Add new team members, update roles, and adjust permissions.

  • Work hours: Set each team member’s working hours, breaks, and availability.


Settings

This section houses your account-wide business settings. Anything related to your business identity or configuration lives here.

Includes business information, scheduling rules, online booking preferences, notification settings, roles & permissions, and more.
