How to set or edit your standard work hours

Take full control of your schedule by setting work hours and time blocks so clients can book exactly when you’re available.

Your work hours are the default days and times you are available for business each week. Clients will only be able to see and book your available slots within these hours.

Your schedule doesn't have to be one solid block. You can easily add multiple time slots for a single day. For example, set your availability from 9am to 12pm, add a break, and then open up another block from 1pm to 5pm. This gives you full control to build your schedule around your workflow.

How to edit your standard work hours

Follow these steps to edit the work hours for yourself or a team member:

  1. Click the +New button at the top of the navigation menu.

  2. Under "Team and work hours", click Work hours.

  3. Select a team member's name.

  4. Check or uncheck the box next to each day of the week to add or remove the day from the team member's schedule.

  5. Use the drop-down menus to indicate the starting time and ending time for each day's work hours.

  6. If you'd like to add another block of time to a specific day, click the + button next to the time menu for that day.
