Custom availability gives you the freedom to fine-tune your booking schedule. Whether you’re opening up time for a special event, adding evening hours during a busy season, or making certain services available only at specific times, this feature lets you shape your calendar exactly the way you want.
With just a few clicks, you can add one-time or recurring openings and create a booking experience that works seamlessly for both you and your clients.
How to add custom availability
Follow these steps to add a custom opening in your schedule:
Click the +New button at the top of the navigation menu.
Under "Team and work hours", click Work hours.
Click the Add button and select Custom availability.
Select a team member's name.
Enter a start time and end time.
Under "Recurrence", choose whether this custom opening will happen only once or will recur daily, weekly, or monthly.
Select the date.
If you'd like to apply the custom availability only to specific services, use the slider button to enable you to Add services.
Under "Services", select the services you'd like to apply custom availability to.
Click Save.
