How to manage your availability

Learn how to set your work hours, manage custom availability, and block personal time to ensure you get booked on your terms.

Our platform gives you total control over when clients can book you and your team. A well-managed schedule prevents double-bookings, clarifies your services, and ensures you get booked only when you’re available to work.

Here’s how to manage your availability like a pro:

Set your standard work hours

This is the foundation of your booking calendar. Your work hours are the default days and times you are available for business each week. Clients will only be able to see and book your available slots within these hours.

Your schedule doesn't have to be one solid block. You can easily add multiple time slots for a single day. For example, set your availability from 9am to 12pm, add a break, and then open up another block from 1pm to 5pm. This gives you full control to build your schedule around your workflow.

If you manage a team, you are in complete control. You can set unique work days and hours for each individual staff member. This ensures customers can book specific team members only when they are actually scheduled to work.

Offer custom availability for specific times or services

Need more flexibility? Use custom availability to open up specific times or dates outside your normal hours.

  • For specific dates: Open up a specific day for a special event or add extra evening hours during your busy season. You can set this as a one-time event or have it recur daily, weekly, or monthly.

  • For specific services: Take granular control by setting custom availability for individual services. For example, you can choose to offer 'Initial Consultations' only on Monday mornings, while keeping your afternoons free for 'Follow-up Appointments'.

Block personal time and prevent conflicts

Protect your personal time and prevent scheduling headaches. Blocking time allows you to make yourself unavailable for any period, ensuring clients cannot book you.

This is perfect for:

  • Team meetings

  • Doctor's appointments

  • Personal errands

Just like custom availability, you can set a one-time block or make it a recurring event, such as a daily lunch break or a weekly team meeting.

By setting your work hours, adding custom availability, and blocking personal time, you create a seamless, professional, and accurate booking experience for your clients and your team. Your schedule works for you, not the other way around.
