With flexible payment options and precise tracking, you’ll keep business flowing smoothly and records perfectly organized.

How to create a new checkout

Follow these steps to launch the cart:

  1. Click the +New button at the top of the navigation menu and select Checkout.

  2. Click on the item category (Orders, Services, Classes, or Add-ons).

  3. Click on the item you want to add to the cart.

  4. In the Customer field, start typing the customer's name to search your contacts. Alternatively, enter a new customer's name and click Add to contacts.

  5. To add a discount, service charge or note, click the action button and select the desired item.

  6. Click Continue to payment.

  7. Select a tip amount (optional), then click Continue to payment.

  8. Click on a payment method (Manual card entry, Send payment link, QR code, Cash, Split payment, or Other).

  9. Click Pay now. (To save the cart as an unpaid order instead, click Save unpaid.)

How to launch checkout from a customer's profile

Follow these steps to access checkout from directly within a customer's profile:

  1. Click Contacts & leads in the navigation menu and select Contacts.

  2. Scroll to the customer's name. There are two ways to launch a new checkout:

    • Click the ... action button next to the customer and select New checkout.

    • Click the View button next to the customer, then click Sell.

How to launch checkout from the Orders page

If you have saved unpaid orders, you can access them easily and launch checkout to collect payment. Follow these steps to checkout a saved order:

  1. Click Sales in the navigation menu and select Orders.

  2. Scroll to the order.

  3. Click Collect payment and select Checkout.

How to launch checkout from the Calendar

You can also collect payment for booked appointments from directly within your calendar:

  1. Click Bookings in the navigation menu and select Calendar.

  2. Click the appointment.

  3. Click Checkout.
