Catalog overview

Your item library for services, classes, memberships, packages, plans, add-ons, service charges, and discounts

Updated this week

Your Catalog is the foundation of your entire booking and billing system. It’s where you create and manage everything your business sells:

  • Services: Individual bookable offerings with set durations, prices, and scheduling rules.

  • Classes: Group or recurring programs and activities with schedules, capacities, and enrollment management.

  • Memberships, Packs & Plans: Recurring billing programs or prepaid session bundles clients can buy.

  • Add-ons: Optional upgrades or enhancements added during booking or checkout.

  • Service Charges: Required one-time fees applied at checkout to recover extra costs.

  • Discount Codes: Promotional discounts customers or staff can apply during booking or payment.

Once your catalog is set up, every other tool in your account becomes dramatically easier and faster to use.

Why the Catalog Matters

Think of your catalog as your business’s item library. It holds every product, service, class, and option you offer.

These items are the building blocks used across the platform:

  • Creating appointments

  • Managing jobs

  • Running classes and enrollments

  • Generating invoices and estimates

  • Completing checkout

  • Automating membership billing

  • Powering your online booking page

By keeping your catalog accurate and up-to-date, you streamline daily work and prevent errors in pricing, scheduling, and billing.

Services

Services are at the heart of your booking workflow. After you add services to your catalog, you’ll be able to:

  • Book them on your calendar

  • Offer them online to clients

  • Use them as line items on invoices and estimates

  • Add them to jobs and appointments

  • Build automated workflows around them

Each service stores everything you need: name, description, duration, price, location, add-ons, and online booking availability.

Classes

If you offer group activities—classes, programs, camps, workshops, training, anything that recurs—classes are built for you.

In your catalog, you can create a class and then build:

  • One-off schedules

  • Recurring class schedules

  • Multiple schedule variations

  • Enrollment capacities

  • Automated invoicing rules

Once a class is created, you can publish it online for self-enrollment or keep it internal for your team to manage.

Memberships, Packs & Plans

These are perfect for:

  • Recurring memberships

  • Prepaid packages of classes or sessions

  • Monthly or annual service plans

Once enabled, clients can purchase them online or your team can attach them to jobs, invoices, and appointments.

Add-ons

Add-ons let you offer optional upgrades or enhancements customers can choose during booking or checkout. They’re perfect for increasing customization and boosting average order value.

Once created, add-ons can be applied automatically during online booking or added by your team at checkout.

Service Charges

Service charges are required one-time fees added per customer at checkout. They help you recover extra costs without altering your base service prices.

In your catalog, you can configure service charges as:

  • Fixed amounts

  • Percentage-based fees

  • Required fees applied automatically at checkout

Common examples include registration fees, supply fees, or environmental charges.

Discount Codes

Discount codes let you offer reusable promotions to attract new clients or reward loyal ones. Both customers and pros can apply them during booking or checkout.

In your catalog, you can set up discount codes with:

  • Fixed or percentage discounts

  • Expiration dates

  • Usage limits

  • Eligibility rules

Discounts created here become available across your entire booking and checkout flow.

Online Booking

Once your catalog is populated, you’ll unlock your online booking page. Every item includes settings to control how it appears online:

  • Enable/disable online booking

  • Show or hide the item from your public booking link

  • Control visibility for certain services or staff

This gives you full control over how customers interact with your offerings.

Clients will be able to:

  • View all bookable items

  • Choose services, classes, memberships, packs, or plans

  • Complete the booking on their own

Templates & Bulk Add

Your platform includes a large library of pre-made templates to quickly add items.

Templates

Use templates to add services or classes instantly. A template automatically fills in:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Duration

  • Pricing options

  • Category

All you need to do is tweak it to match your business.

Bulk Add

The bulk add tool lets you add multiple services at once.

  1. Choose a category

  2. Select the services you want to add

  3. Enter your pricing

  4. Choose your service locations

  5. Add them all at once

This is ideal for new accounts or pros with large service lists

Price Book

Your catalog doubles as your price book, which feeds:

  • Estimates

  • Jobs

  • Invoices

  • Checkout

  • Online booking

Having a clean price book means your team can add line items instantly without re-typing names, descriptions, or prices.

A well-maintained price book helps your business:

  • Stay consistent

  • Prevent pricing errors

  • Speed up every transaction

  • Adapt quickly to changes in offerings

Adding Images

You can upload images for any catalog item. Images help clients understand your offering and improve conversions on your online booking page.
