Classes list: manage every class session in one place

Keep track of all upcoming and past class sessions at a glance, with tools to view details, manage participants, and take action quickly.

Your Classes List gives you a clear view of every individual session for all the classes you offer — organized in one streamlined page. Instead of juggling multiple calendars or digging through class schedules, you can see every session across all dates in one place.

It’s the fastest way to stay on top of attendance, participants, and upcoming commitments.

To access your Classes List, click Bookings in the main navigation menu and select Classes list.


View all your class sessions in one place

Every class session—whether it’s happening today, next month, or already completed—appears in a clean, organized table.

You’ll see key details at a glance:

  • Class name

  • Date

  • Time

  • Booked participants (e.g., “1/11”)

  • Assigned team member

  • Status (upcoming, completed, or canceled)

This makes it easy to track attendance across recurring classes or multi-week programs.

Filter and sort your sessions

Use the filters to view the time period you care about: upcoming sessions, past sessions, or all time.


Sort sessions by date, booking count, team member, or status — whatever helps you find what you need faster.


Open a class session to manage details

Click any session to open its full session panel on the right side of your screen.
From here, you’ll see everything for that individual session:

Session details

  • Date & time

  • Location

  • Team member

  • Remaining spots

  • Total capacity

You can also expand for more information such as duration, pricing, or assigned resources.

Participant management

The Participants section shows who is attending and their current status:

  • Booked

  • Checked in

  • Checked out

  • Missed

  • Unpaid indicators

For each participant, you can:

  • Update their status

  • Collect payment

  • Contact the client

  • Remove or reassign

  • Adjust their booking

Managing attendance has never been simpler.


Add or update participants

Need to add another person to a class? Click Add participant right from the session panel to enroll a client instantly.

Perfect for walk-ins, last-minute bookings, or participants registering after the initial class launch.


Take action quickly

Use the Actions menu at the bottom of the session panel to:

  • Cancel the entire session

  • Edit session settings

  • Manage recurring class schedules

  • Adjust capacity

  • Duplicate or modify the session
