This article covers changing the date, canceling, or updating a single session of a class schedule.

How to reschedule a specific class session
Go to Classes and click the Schedule you want to edit. Or find the class session from your calendar.
Click the class session you want to cancel to open the Class Session Drawer.
Click on Actions at the bottom
Select Edit Session.
Update the details like the date, time, or team members
Click Save.
Notes:
The new date will show in your Upcoming view and in your Calendar view.
Participants already registered will automatically get an email and see the update in their portal.
New customers will see the updated date on the registration calendar.
How to cancel a specific class session
Go to Classes and click the Schedule you want to edit. Or find the class session from your calendar.
Click the class session you want to cancel to open the Class Session Drawer.
Click on Actions at the bottom
Select Cancel Session.
Notes:
Canceling notifies participants but does not issue refunds.
If any participants have already paid, you can issue a refund directly via their order.
When proration is off, canceling a day does not change schedule pricing for new customers.
If Proration is On, new customers will be given the prorated rate based on active sessions.
