Track every hire and lead with ease so you always know which clients booked you, who’s still deciding, and where your business stands.

It’s easy to stay organized and see how your client conversations turn into real jobs. Your account lets you track whether a client hired you, didn’t hire you, or is still deciding—so you always know where things stand.

Your job status can be updated by you at any time, and some updates can also come directly from the client.

How to update your hire status

You can update a job’s status right from your message thread with the client. It’s a simple way to keep your pipeline clear and understand which conversations are turning into booked work.

  1. Click Marketing in the main navigation menu.

  2. Click Messages.

  3. Click the conversation with the client.

  4. Click the status dropdown next to the client’s name.

  5. Select the job status you want to apply.

How to quickly view the status of all your leads

Use the job status filters on your Messages screen to instantly see which clients hired you, which jobs are in progress, and which leads didn’t book.

  1. Click Marketing in the main navigation menu.

  2. Click Messages.

  3. Click the drop-down menu at the top of the page and select a job status.

What each job status means

  • Pending: You’re discussing details, but nothing is booked yet.

  • Job confirmed: The client hired you and the service is scheduled.

  • Job done: The job is complete and ready for the customer's review.

  • Not hired: You or the client chose not to move forward.
