Each team member’s profile includes a simple toggle that determines whether they’re bookable online. When this option is enabled, customers can schedule appointments with that team member through any online booking channel you’ve activated. This helps you control which team members are visible to customers and ensures your booking availability stays accurate.
How to make a team member bookable for appointments
Click Team in the main navigation menu.
Click the team member you want to make bookable.
Under Online booking, use the slider button next to Bookable by customers online to enable this feature.
