Our system makes it easy to keep track of payments from your clients. You can view a detailed list of transactions in your account at any time and filter the list by payment method, status, and date range.
This data can provide insights about where payments are coming from, which payment methods are used most often, when to prompt a client for an outstanding payment, and when refunds are issued.
How to view your transactions
Click Sales and select Transactions.
At the top of the Transactions page, you'll see a summary of the number of completed transactions and the total amount collected in the past 30 days. A transaction will not appear in the summary until it has been fully paid out.
How to filter the transactions list
The default view displays all your transactions. To view only transactions that meet specific criteria, use these filters:
To filter by date, click the date menu button and select a date or range. The date is based on when the payment was processed, not when the service was provided.
To filter by payment status, click the status menu button and select from these options:
All
Paid
Partially paid
Refunded
Failed
Canceled
To filter by payment method, click the payment methods menu button and select from these options:
All payment methods
Bank transfer
Credit card
Cash
Cash App
Check
Gift card
PayPal
Venmo
Other
You can apply more than one filter at the same time. For example, you can filter the list by date and payment status to view all transactions this year that are paid.
