How to edit your notification settings
Log in to your account.
Click Settings in the navigation menu.
Click Notifications.
Use the slider buttons to enable or disable email, text, and push notifications for each notification type.
Click Save.
Types of notifications
There are several types of notifications you can choose to receive:
New bookings: Get notified when a customer books with you.
Booking updates: Get notified about changes to your bookings, including cancellations and reschedules.
Booking reminders: Get reminders about upcoming bookings so you never miss an appointment.
Merchant accounts and payouts: Get updates about your merchant account, onboarding, and payouts to your bank.
Payments and invoices: Get notified when estimates are approved, invoices are paid, or client payments are received.
Direct leads and messages: Get notified when a customer contacts you.
Reminders: Get important reminders about your customers, bookings, profile, and account activity.
New job opportunities: Get notified when a customer contacts another professional first but you are a good fit for the job.
Lead summary: Receive a daily summary of leads that need a response.
Budget alert: Get notified when your weekly budget is about to run out. When you hit your budget, you won't appear in search results for the rest of the week.
Refunds: Get notified when you’ve received a refund.
Tips for success: Get advice on how to grow your business.
Newsletter and updates: Get a monthly roundup of new features, tips, offers, and announcements.
Special offers: Get opportunities to earn free credits and discounts.
Market insights: See your progress and results on the platform and how they compare to other providers.
Surveys: Take surveys to help make our platform work better for you.
Account activity: Receive messages about your account, profile, legal notifications, security and privacy matters, and customer support requests. For your security, you cannot disable email notifications for this type and we may contact you by phone or other means if needed.
