A service can be anything from plumbing to massage therapy to house cleaning to personal training. You choose the type of jobs you want to offer in your Services, and you can add as many services as you'd like.
There are two types of services: Marketing services, and Bookable services.
What is a marketing service?
When you add a marketing service in your account, you'll appear in our marketplace. When a customer searches for a pro and you're a match for their criteria, you'll appear in their search results and they can message you, request a quote, or book a service.
When you add a new marketing service, you'll need to set up your targeting preferences to appear in our search results. Your preferences include:
Job preferences: The type of jobs you do
Travel preferences: Your work area and whether you travel to customers, they travel to you, or you offer your services remotely
What is a bookable service?
Bookable services are the building blocks used across the platform. You can use them to:
Create appointments
Manage jobs
Generate invoices and estimates
Collect payments
Automate membership billing
Power your online booking page
When you add a bookable service to your account, you can choose from any of our thousands of premade templates or create your own by entering a few simple details.
After adding your bookable services, customers can quickly and easily book with you at the touch of a button. And best of all, our booking and business management software is completely free!
