How does a client wallet work?

The client's wallet lets you securely add and store credit cards for future appointments, making it faster and easier to process payments when booking new appointments, processing orders, or when a service is completed.


How to view or update a client's wallet

  1. Click Customers & leads in the main navigation menu.

  2. Click the customer whose wallet you want to view.

  3. Click the Wallet section to expand the view.

  4. To add a new card to the wallet, click the + symbol.

You must activate online payments to use the client wallet feature.
