To protect the integrity of Talo Payments, we may close an account if it is found to be in breach of the Talo Payments Terms of Service.
During onboarding and ongoing use, you are required to provide accurate information and documentation. This is used to verify your identity and confirm eligibility to use Talo Payments.
We may also request updated details or additional documents. If these requests are not completed on time, your account may be closed.
If your Talo Payments account receives an excessive number of fraudulent transactions, or if you sell goods or services listed in our prohibited products and services policy, your account will be closed.
Once an account is closed, any remaining credit may be refunded to the original cardholder (your customer).
For more information, refer to the Payments Terms of Service for your region.
