Talo Payments: Accessing Your Account Dashboard

Your Talo Payments dashboard gives you everything you need to manage your payment account. From here, you can adjust account settings and track all transactions and payouts.

You can access your Talo Payments account in 2 ways:

  • Go to Sales > Transactions to view your payment transactions

  • Go to Sales > Balance & payouts to view balances, payouts, and manage settings


Transactions

Your transactions report includes any payment you've ever received through Talo Payments. Find detailed information about each transaction like its current status, relevant payout and the exact service fee charged by Talo Payments.

To view and organize your payments:

  1. Go to Sales > Transactions in your dashboard.

  2. Use the filtering options to sort by payment date, transaction status, payment provider, and more.

  3. Click the Download icon to export a CSV of your payments.

Tip: Click any payment to see more details.

Balance & payouts

The Balance & payouts tab shows a payouts summary:

  • Total balance: the total balance including pending transactions.

  • In transit to bank: the total funds currently being transferred to your bank account.

  • Estimated future payouts: Estimate of the funds that are scheduled to be paid out to your bank account in the next payout cycle.

Payout activity

The table shows previous and upcoming payouts (transfers from Talo Payments to your bank account), along with detailed information for each payment.

While we make daily payouts, It may take 3–5 business days for funds to reach your bank account after they are sent, depending on your financial institution.

Payment settings

To update your payment settings:

  1. Go to Getting Paid tab in your dashboard.

  2. Scroll down and click Manage

  3. Update the relevant fields.

  4. Any changes will automatically save.
