How to cancel an appointment from your appointments list
Click Bookings in the main navigation menu.
Click Appointments list.
On the appointment you want to cancel, click the View button to view the details.
Click the ⋮ action button at the bottom of the appointment view and select Cancel. A confirmation window will display.
Select a Cancelation reason.
If the client has already paid for the order and you need to issue a refund, check the box next to "Refund order"
To remove all services from the order, check the box next to "Update order".
Click Cancel appointment.
If you selected "Refund order", a refund window will display:
To refund specific items or services, check the box next to each item you would like to refund, then click Continue.
To refund a specific amount, click Refund amount. Enter the amount, select a refund reason, then click Issue refund.
After you cancel an appointment, the status automatically updates to Canceled. If you would like to reinstate the appointment, you can update the status back to Booked or Confirmed. Learn more about how to update the status on an appointment.
How to cancel an appointment from your calendar view
Click Bookings in the main navigation menu.
Click Calendar.
Click the appointment you want to cancel to open the appointment view.
Click the ⋮ action button at the bottom of the appointment view and select Cancel. A confirmation window will display.
Select a Cancelation reason.
If the client has already paid for the order and you need to issue a refund, check the box next to "Refund order"
To remove all services from the order, check the box next to "Update order".
Click Cancel appointment.
