How to mark an appointment as a no-show

Marking an appointment as a No-show helps you track missed bookings, enforce your policies, and keep accurate records for your business.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When a client doesn’t arrive for their scheduled appointment and hasn’t canceled in advance, updating the status to No-show ensures the appointment is recorded correctly.

This simple step helps you apply any no-show fees you’ve set, maintain an accurate calendar and appointment history, and understand attendance patterns over time.

How to mark an appointment as a no-show

  1. Click Bookings in the main navigation menu.

  2. Click Appointment list.

  3. On the appointment you want to edit, click the View button. The appointment details will be displayed.

  4. Click the three-dot action button at the bottom of the appointment view and select No-show. The appointment status will update to No-show.

Updating the appointment status to No-show may trigger a no-show fee for the client, depending on your Booking Policies.
