Client statuses help you keep track of where each client or lead stands in your workflow. From the client’s profile, you can update their status at any time, making it easy to stay organized and quickly find the clients who need your attention.
How to update a client’s status
Click Customers & leads in the navigation menu.
Click on the client whose status you want to update.
Under "Overview", click the Status dropdown menu.
Select the status that best reflects the client's current stage.
Changes save automatically.

New lead
Contacted
Qualifying (lead)
Estimate sent
Active service
Payment requested
CLOSED
Booked
Lost
Unqualified (lead)

Why update a client’s status?
Keeping statuses up to date helps you filter your full client list so you can focus on exactly where things stand. For example, you can view only New leads when you’re planning your outreach, or focus on Active service clients to stay on top of ongoing work. It’s a simple way to keep your pipeline organized and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
