There are two ways to unsubscribe from future emails or text messages.
Option 1: Click “Unsubscribe” in an email
The easiest way to stop receiving emails is by clicking the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of any message we send you.
This instantly removes you from that email list.
You can still choose to receive certain notifications later if you re-enable them in your account settings.
To unsubscribe from text messages, you can also reply with STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time.
Option 2: Update your account settings
You can also unsubscribe from within your account:
Log in to your account.
Click your profile photo (in the top right corner).
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Choose Notifications.
Adjust which types of messages you want to receive — or click Unsubscribe from all if you’d like to stop all emails and texts.
Confirm that you’d like to unsubscribe.
Tips to Know
Changes can take up to 48 hours to process.
Unsubscribing will stop all notification alerts.
If you no longer wish to use our platform entirely, you can also deactivate your account.
