Class schedule pricing options

There are a few different options you can use when setting the prices for your schedules

Updated this week

A schedule is the dates and times a class runs. A class can have unlimited schedules that occur and repeat at any time with different settings, capacities, and pricing.

There are a few different options you can use when setting the prices for your schedules. Under Pricing, use the toggle buttons to select one or more pricing structures for your class:

  • Monthly pricing: Charge customers every month for the length of the schedule.

  • Full schedule pricing: Require customers to pay in full for the entire schedule.

  • Drop-in pricing: Allow customers to book and pay for a single class within the schedule.

  • Free class: Allow customers to book a free drop-in class or the entire schedule.

Monthly pricing

Monthly pricing allows you to offer a monthly payment schedule to your customers. Customers who are registered via monthly pricing will be enrolled in the class for the entire schedule. After setting the monthly price, you will see a View Schedule link that shows how much the customer will pay and when.

  1. Select the billing date (the 1st or 15th of every month).

  2. Enter the price per month.

  3. Enable or disable proration.

If proration is On, clients will only be charged for the number of classes remaining in the month. Selected add-ons will not prorate. Proration only applies to the customer's first month, not the last month.

If proration is Off, participants will be charged for the whole month regardless of when in that month they register. Selected add-ons will not prorate.

Full schedule pricing

Full-schedule pricing require customers to pay in full for the entire schedule upfront. With this pricing option, the student is automatically enrolled in the entire schedule.

Payment plans can be set up for this pricing option.

  1. Enter the full price.

  2. Enable or disable proration.

If proration is On, participants will only be charged for the number of classes remaining in the schedule. Selected add-ons will not prorate.

If proration is Off, participants will be charged for the whole schedule regardless of when they register. Selected add-ons will not prorate.

Drop-in pricing

Drop-in pricing allows customers to book and pay for a single class within the schedule. Businesses typically charge more for this single class option than the "price per class" that is automatically calculated when you set a Full Schedule Price.

Free classes

This allows customers to book a free drop-in class or the entire schedule. Choose whether clients can book drop-in classes, the full schedule, or both.

Optional add-ons

These add-ons let customers choose extra items or upgrades during checkout. They’re useful for things like optional shirts, voluntary donations, or selecting extra snacks.

Optional add-ons are charged once per child per order. You can offer them in different formats—per day, full semester, or monthly—and each format can have its own price.

Required fees

These add-ons are automatically added to the customer’s purchase whenever the activity is booked. Like optional add-ons, required fees can be set up per day, full semester, and/or monthly, depending on how your program runs.
