How to set up a multi-day class schedule

Updated over 2 weeks ago

A multi-day class lets you set up a class schedule that meets on multiple days within the same week. Use this when clients need to book more than one day each week.

How to add a multi-day class schedule

  1. Under Schedule:

    • Choose a Start date and End date for the class.

    • Use the toggle button to indicate if the class is ongoing and has no end date.

    • Under Block holidays and closings, click Edit and select dates when you won't be bookable.

  2. Under Recurrence, select Weekly

  3. Select the days of the week for the schedule

  4. Use the toggle button to indicate if the client must book all days of the week.

  5. Finish the remaining steps and click Next.

Clients must book all days of the week

Clients are required to register for every day you schedule.

Example: If the activity meets Tuesday and Thursday, clients must sign up for both.

Clients must book a specific number of days per week

Clients choose which days they want, but must stay within your set minimum and maximum.

Example: If you run Monday–Friday and set a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3, the client must select at least 2 days and can choose up to 3.

You can also set the minimum and maximum to the same number if you want an exact number of days required.

Important Notes

  • Payment plans work with multi-day activities.

  • Min/max weekly day requirements do not apply to drop-in pricing.

  • Both you and the client receive an order confirmation email showing the selected dates after checkout.
