How to create service pricing options

Offer multiple pricing options for a single service and cater to different client needs using pricing options. Learn how to create, manage, and delete variants.


Getting Started

You can add options to any new or existing service.


No setup steps are required beforehand, but it’s helpful to decide the prices and durations you plan to offer.


Creating Pricing Options

You can apply multiple pricing options to a single service.

To create pricing options:

  1. Open Catalog → Services

  2. Select an existing service, or create a new one.

  3. Under Basic details, scroll to Pricing and duration.

  4. Set the initial price and duration, then click Add pricing option.

  5. Enter the variant details:

    • Option name: Helps clients understand differences (e.g., “Long hair,” “Short hair”).

    • Duration: Time needed to perform the service.

    • Price type: Free, Fixed, Starting From, or Custom text.

    • Price: The cost for this option.

    • Quantity: Optionally, allow customers to select quantity.

  6. That's it.

Repeat as needed to add more options.


Managing Service Variants

You can update variant details at any time.

Edit Variant Details

  1. Go to Catalog → Service menu.

  2. Select a service.

  3. Under Pricing and duration, find the variant.

  4. Click Actions → Edit details.

  5. Update the fields and click Apply.


Create Advanced Pricing Options:

Advanced options let you set pricing and durations for specific team members.

  1. Go to Catalog → Service menu.

  2. Select a service.

  3. Under Pricing and duration, click Advanced pricing next to the option.

  4. For each team member you can update:

    • Duration

    • Price type

    • Price

  5. Click Save.


Deleting Service Variants

To delete a variant:

  1. Go to Catalog → Service menu.

  2. Select the service.

  3. Under Pricing and duration

  4. Click X next to the price option.

Note: you can't delete the first option.
